Cypriots are known the world over for their hospitality.
And the Organising Committee of the XIII Games of the
Small States of Europe is here to confirm this
reputation during the 1-6 June Games. CYPRUS 2009 is
putting a lot of effort into providing an excellent
hospitality for the participants in the Games and hopes
that its more than 1500 guests will return home with the
best of memories from their stay on the island.
planning of the Organising Committee for the best
possible hospitality to the delegations of the seven
visiting countries begins from the moment that the
foreign athletes, team members, officials and
journalists will set foot on Cyprus.
A team of
volunteers is already preparing to greet all arrivals
and give every possible assistance from luggage
retrieval until they exit the terminal building at
Larnaca International Airport--the gateway to Cyprus.
Team Guides will then pick up, providing the Heads of
Delegations with their first briefing.

special Help Desks that will operate every day from
08:00 until 23:00, providing information on competition
schedules, shuttle-bus timetables and other aspects of
the Games, as well as general advice on Cyprus.
